And another thing, if remember correctly, you are the one that made the quote, Free gas or Free kolaches if ya'll beat us.  Does any of that ring a bell?

As far as the discounts go, we are still discounting cars and trucks more than anyone else in the country because I said I would if we won.  And bigger ones than your lil ole dealer in Ennis.

<{POST_SNAPBACK}>

That was a joke the only time Kolaches were offered was when Graham was to break a record (sorry he broke so many I can't recall exactly) and whoever guess the time would win Kolaches. I think Kara won.

Go ahead pull another out your arse. :bottom:

Sexy, Did yall really have a parade after you beat us?

They likely did, seeing as how them beating us seems to be all that Corsicana has going for it at the moment.

And BigSexy, I find your usage of caps to be a sign of elitist attitude at best........ sorry, you don't win district for being condescending. :sorry:

No we had a parade when the old coach left. We had a PARTY when we beat ya'll and I went to the deer lease with a smile on my face and I never once went to sleep. I won lots of money that nite from some Ennis folk. By the way who are on my lease with me too. It was all good fun.

Toprow did u ever find that stat you were lookin for last nite?

No I didn't. I know I've seen it before somewhere and like I said it was like The Can 100+ ? and Ennis? I want to say it happened in the 1930's? Reason I wanted to know was because another site had asked the question What is the worst score? I thought that one had to be it. Maybe Big Daddy knows. Now that was an arse kickin'

They didn't have a parade, they had a fiesta. (Chango's Cinco De Mayo).

I don't know where you got that, but it didn't come from me.

And, if you're putting Ennis/Cana on the same level with any of those college rivals mentioned in your post, you need to check yourself in, because the cheese has done fell off the cracker down on to the dirty a$$ ground and rolled around. :D

No, it didn't mean much when I played either, because we beat your A$$ everytime we played ya from the 7th grade up.

I'm hoping that we;re in different district's after realignment. Then when we meet in the playoffs, it will truly be ON! You just can't beat - Win or go home - for the ultimate in excitment. Don't y'all agree?

I agree Brick or at least have the district winner take all. As exciting as our game was last year, imagine how it would have been if the playoff berth had been on the line. Of course that will never happen since the UIL wants every team to make it in.

I forgot about Cinco de Mayo, Top Row you should have been talkin all that Spanish to Chango yesterday.................would have got him all fired up

U can forget about being in different districts. They won't do that again after all the hell that was raised about that when they put us in the Tyler/ j-ville crap. There is no reason to not be in same district. I wish it would go back to the old days of Cana, Hatchie and Ennis all in one with Terrell. Boy now that would be interesting.

I agree, it should be winner take all. That way every district game means as much as a playoff.
The system has become so watered down, it reminds me of Pitt Grill catsup.

If people didn't know better, one would think that there are only about ten high schools in 4A! Personally, I think you guys need to look elsewhere for some of you picks. Arlington Seguin comes to mind ask Hebron Hawk about them! And, Sherman can almost always count on being a contender as well. I wish the Wichita Falls Coyotes had a tougher pre-district schedule but, the district play has seemed to make up for it a little. I can't honestly say my Coyotes will make a run to the finals this year but, I do think they will go pretty deep and they will give whoever they play fits this year and next year....watch out! B)

Corsicana beat Ennis 132-something but it was in the 20s not 30s. And Ennis wasn't ever really the 'big' rival when I was in school either - if the other team never wins it isn't much of a rivalry. Waxahachie or (surprisingly enough) Palestine was probably our biggest rivalry while I was at CHS. (Long time Corsicana fans will remember two Palestine games in particular - one the big fight where people from the Palestine stands came onto the field, and the other was the 'split' game where half was played on Friday and the other half on Saturday)

I don't ever really care what district Corsicana is in with the exception that it sucks when we get sent a long distance for our district games (as compared to every other school around us).

Hebron has never played an Arlington school in football. Arlington Seguin did give the Hebron Volleyball team a tune-up game, I believe and did very well.
