Let me see if i remember right Terrell beat Wylie now that does not mean anything but if you think that Terrell and Everman are not good what does that say about Wylie?Hebron struggled with a Terrell team that frankly was not very good. And Everman wasn't very good either.

This will be a good game but don't underestimate Wylie just because they lost to Terrell by 3. What did Hebron beat Terrell by? Wylie has faced a lot of adversities this season and the loss of their beloved OC two days before the Terrell game had a devastating effect. Hebron may be 13-0, but they have barely survived the playoffs. Don't make the same mistake the KE coaches made when they laughed at Wylie last week.Let me see if i remember right Terrell beat Wylie now that does not mean anything but if you think that Terrell and Everman are not good what does that say about Wylie?

Not trying to hijack the thread or anything but what is good to you ? What does a team have to do to be good in your books ?

Prod,
Nobody in Hebron will take Wylie lightly. The Hebron and Wylie coaches are friends and Hebron has a history with Wylie in our early years where Wylie won every contest.
We haven't played Wylie since 2001 when Wylie beat Hebron by the incredible score of 13 to 12 to open the season for both teams (Our team was 4-6 that year).
We have never been in the Quarterfinals before and Wylie has but as LDFalcon said, the Hebron boys are on a mission this year to win.

I undersand what you are saying Hebron will not be laughing about Wylie, i know that yall lost a great man in OC. you say we survived in the playoffs and we did it with out are top RB so i say that Hebron did a good job and know it can win without him but it will be better with him in the game. This will be another close bal game .This will be a good game but don't underestimate Wylie just because they lost to Terrell by 3. What did Hebron beat Terrell by? Hawk and ran1, I'm looking forward to this game. This will be a hard fought, clean football game. Both teams, IMO, are equal in talent. Hawk, keep in mind that we only played The Colony one half and that was the score, it was on the way to becoming very ugly. Neither team will be overlooking either team. Both are on a mission. This and the HP/Stephenville game could be the two best games of the weekend. Hopefully Plano can stay with SLC, but I don't know tht anyone is going to hang in there with SLC this season.I undersand what you are saying Hebron will not be laughing about Wylie, i know that yall lost a great man in OC. you say we survived in the playoffs and we did it with out are top RB so i say that Hebron did a good job and know it can win without him but it will be better with him in the game. Hawk, I know you read the assinie post from eagle1. Go back and read my reply. The blocked field goal attempt should have never been advanced.
Good luck to you guys this week. Both teams will be on fire and I expect our boys will show up for all four quarters on both sides of the ball. We should have blown KE out of the water yesterday but the offense went limp after going up 21-7 very quickly.

Well i knew it would not take "eagle1" long before the excuses came out as to why they won. Do you know it that was a newspaper down there that wrote that one?Hawk and ran1, I'm looking forward to this game. This will be a hard fought, clean football game. You don't go 3 deep in the playoffs in consecutive years with a "not very good" team. My money is on Hebron in this one, they played merely OK the last couple of weeks and put together two wins WITHOUT their #1 offensive weapon. When Derke Robinson gets back and they play a complete game - watch out.
P.S. Tell Randy Allen it's about time he live up to the hype and win a Championship. A pee-wee coching staff could win state with the talent he has at HP this year.
