The sort based on losses is interesting especially for the last 50 years since less games were played in general by teams that were in the lowest classifications during the years in which you could not advance past regional. For example, I believe 1972 was the first year Class B had a state championship.
Note: The above ranking is derived from and therefore only includes the teams in the first post on this topic. Therefore if all 2A schools were included, some of the teams at the bottom of the above rankings would be replaced by other 2A schools that were not ranked as high in wins.
