Yeah, LM wouldn't have all those titles if they were in 5-A.



The FACT is that LA MARQUE IS a SMALL AAAA school with FOUR titles. IF waco WAS still in 5A, THEY woulda been PUNKED by now. LA MARQUE won their titles by playing in the classification they belong. Take your *STADIUM BOY* BS somewhere else!

PS: How long has it been since waco was last at Tha Dance, 80 years? :kicking:

As a Brenham Cub loyalist, sometimes my home team belief blinds me, but I got to keep it real on this one. No doubt Texas City was the better team and was much more physical than Brenham, but if you think they had more speed than the Cubs you are crazy. And if you think they will match speed with La Marque, you are dreaming. I don't think La Marque is going to give you 7 turnovers like Brenham did........

brenham couldnt catch our runningback . and our def-line blew past brenham line to hit lee so no i dont think im crazy.

The B-Rob/Jarvis show ain't gonna be going anywhere tomorrow either... By the way, it's not LM's fault that tha Stings put the ball on the ground every time they were hit. :icecream:

TC lost to La Marque already and will lose again. La Marque has the total package. Team speed on Offense and Defense. Two Qb's that switch. Pouncy at RB. WR's that will outrun TC again.

TC has a punishing RB. That is it. Brenham made critical errors (7 turnovers). La Marque will not make these same errors.

La Marque will win #5 State Championship.

Region IV-4A plays Region III-4A in the State Semi Finals. The State Finals is always the Region I/ II winner vs. the Region III/ IV winner.

Clemens will never get by La Marque. I know that Clemens will beat Hays again and then will be stopped by La Marque. La Marque will win #5 State Championship this year. Marlon Pouncy will POUNCE all over Clemens. If you try to stop Pouncy then the WR's and two QB's will burn Clemens for 5 or more TD's. That's right, La Marque has two QB's that will burn any team. One is a runner and one is a passer. Now try to stop both of them. 46-0 vs Yates. Three missed XP's or it would have been 49-0. That's seven unanswered TD's.

I will now boldly predict that either Frenship or Waco will take the North. Man, this is sooo easy! I guess we will be finding out by proxy as to "who had the rougher schedule;" Waco or S.H. Rider! B)

Waco High Lions. They are fast enough, four deep at RB, and very physical. They won their district - that includes wins over Brownwood, who they just demolished in the Regional Finals, and Copperas Cove, who has defeated Texas City and is going for the Div 1 state championship next weekend. They tuned up for the season by playing some tough 5-A teams, Tyler Lee and Euless Trinity.
Talk all the smack you want. Waco will blow Frenship out and pound LaMarque into the ground.
