PANTHA,what do you mean B? Im confused...
Those are the terms that the police and military use for clarity during radio conversations. For instance, if the police stopped you, and your license plate was EKC-579, the policeman would radio in echo-kilo-charlie-579. It is easier to understand that way, so that there is no confusion over pronunciation. I'm not sure if that is what SuperB intended, but I know they use those terms of identification in that way.
