Comfort JV to me is just the same as someone talking about Dobie or Corbett...those are our middle schools.

Get that trash out of here son...coming on this thread like you know something!?! You just knocked down a hornets nest from the tree. Now, you just made me get some energy up to get some stats from your school...AND THEY BETTER BE GOOD!!! You can just go over there in the corner and have a seat next to Midway 08 and we'll let you know when it is time for your whoopin'.

When will they learn?

Celina pretty much always has a great team every year. I've watched their varsity play one time a couple of years ago when they played Childress in the semis. Celina played a heck of a game.

Well their top JV team this year is very promising. They play very well together, have a strong devensive team, and have won with huge scores only allowing one score on the board against them (FW). I am just very impressed! Should be interesting next year.

Cisco JV is undefeated. This is the first time Cisco has ever had an undefeated team. Freshmen were also undefeated, now they have combined with JV.

I would love to little man...I'm 6'2 257. However, your dream would never come true because I am sure you don't want cleat marks on your face and neck, and I don't want to charged with child abuse.

Now, if you are really eager, can't control your emotions, and have a strong desire for pain as you have probably never felt in you limited world of football, get back with me and I will go to Academy and buy a mouth piece for the Oklahoma drill we can run. You...I would recommend you totally suit up and wear every piece of protective equipment you could find.

OK Mr. 6'2 257 there are a few possibilities here. If you really are 6'2 257 and you still aren't on varsity then you are either really fat and slow, or you are a big puss and you're scared of getting hit. if neither of those are correct then you must just strait up suck. haha

You are a piece of work! Follow me closely and all joking aside, take the advice I am about to give you.

This "Mr. 6'2, 257" played football and baseball before you were born and has a son that plays JV football as a free safety. After high school, I played college baseball. Due to the profession I am now in, the military, I am still in excellent shape and run about 20 miles a week...I don't sprint as fast as I did when I was your age, but still can move very nicely, thank you, can easily bench your bodyweight several times, and would be just overjoyed to be able to smash heads again. My playing days are over...I thought you would have caught that with the "child abuse" reference I made.

My advice for you and others playing in high school now...Get your tail off these message boards if you really do play and are serious about concentrating on your game. As adults and "has-beens", we can talk smack and have a good time at it at a mature level. Don't clog your mind with messages from people from around the state that you don't even know...and most are not football players, but fans and parents. Someone should have told you this before.

I support ALL of you young athletes and wish you the best...quit lowering your standards as a young man by arguing with an unknown person and saying they suck, are fat, etc., it doesn't get you anywhere.

Now turn this computer off and go read a book!

Take Care

:clap:Big Al with your years you have gained excellent knowledge and experience. Your response is something that all these young athletes need to read. I am a fan and I follow sports at the High School Level, and most of the young kids playing think they are better than anyone, and I just don't agree with that.

What in the world are you talking about?

You know what...that's okay partner. I never threatened anyone on this site. He "hypothetically" wanted me to suit up and I played with him and told him how I could beat him at a football drill. Then he came back with his silly post, followed by me trying to give him some real advice, aside from my "Big Al" persona. Evidently, you don't see it that way and quite frankly, I am offended by you saying I am threatening someone.

I wish you all well in your efforts to get this board going and staying afloat. I'll just stick to the San Antonio site I found while this site was down.

I agree with you there. I usually look forward to a few, and I mean a select few, that post on here.
Al definately being one of those few.

I think the thing is, is these kids (or really in need of Prozac adults) just start whining/complaining because they can't take a little kidding around on here. Or they dish it, but can't take it.

A little playful banter (look up 'banter' you youngins haha) never hurt anyone. But they usually tend to take it to the threat level. And for what purpose? To have an online fight? Gonna punch your computer screen? Blah.

Football is the central focus here; whining like a stuck pig is not.

Too bad they can't make this a pay site with credit card only. Just might eliminate a few of the them.
