Before a total meltdown on your part, try waiting for game 3 IN San Antonio.

Been out of town lorenzo....and I thought you would know me better than that, I was here to eat my crow year before last when the Mavs beat SA in 7. FAct of the matter is DUncan was sick for games 1 and 2 , which made the entire team look sick in games 1 and 2. NO has too good a team to not play them full strength . Even at full strength it would have been a toss up. I was more worried about playing the Hornets than any other team because they are so Atheletic which causes huge match-up problems for my spurs. Hopefully we can clamp down and get things evened up . If not......well honestly I think NO will end up in the Finals

As for Duncan being sick, that's just an excuse as far as I'm concerned. Until someone is sick enough to match what MJ did years ago, I don't want to hear it.
Anyway, I think the Spurs (if they can match what they did in Game 3) will take Game 4 as well and lock up this series.

No Spurs fan here, but I do respect them. With that said, I think Pop made a great decision starting Ginobli, and moving Parker onto Paul.

Not trying to make any excuses. You can tell by his level of play that something was wrong. He could have been a wimp(I know a better word to use but can't

But!! Ya just never know.

) and sat it out .OF course , looking back maybe he should have sat it out since they ended up down 0-2 anyway. Still if the man says he was sick , then I believe him.It does not matter anyway because SA does not get a do over just because Duncan was sick. And of course he is not MJ, but who is. Even Illness could not hold him back. It seemed he was more dangerous to Utah when he got the flu during the finals.

duncan and the spurs played much better at home. I'm glad this is turning into a series now. I would of been shocked if the spurs layed down which they didn't. even when the mavs had them down 3-1....and seemed to have their number somewhat.. they came back and forced a 7th game. their big 3 rarely let's their team down. Even in that game 7 loss against dallas they blew the roof off with their play. TD is the big fundamental as always. Interstingly the home team is 14-1 overall in the second round of the playoffs. So I guess a road win will be huge? Not trying to make any excuses. You can tell by his level of play that something was wrong. He could have been a wimp(I know a better word to use but can't

Getting kind of boring on the predictability of all the playoffs this year. If everyone keeps holding serve at home only, then I would think we can overwhelmingly expect LA and Boston to see each other in the Finals.
Hornets take a 3-2 lead with another blowout at home.

Hornets, Spurs, Lakers, Boston, Detroit, yadda yadda yadda....nail bitin games that make ya sweat till the final seconds are games to be remembered. This Spurs/Hornets series, unless we get a miraculous (finally) competitive game tonight, will be remembered by me as the series predictions are made of....boring blowouts!
the last game 7 the spurs played in was pretty good as well. the road team won. I don't really care who wins, but I will be cheering for the winner because i don't want LA to win. it's difficult to cheer for a team when the spurs aren't favored where I come from and the hornets knocked my favorite team out. then you have the lakers which I've heard enough about this year especially being close to california.
