Well, who wrote what was quoted, Exporter?

Perhaps your answer lies there.

...............................................................
vike4, you have not been keeping up. I will try to explain to you.

lorenzo had said this and he was talking directly to Exporter: " I know a few months ago I made a comment about jesus/peter and wasn't real clear. exporter....you kind of went off on me in correction when in fact I was in the same boat with you"

Exporter answed to lorenzo; "Addendum: Lorenzo, you say "I got off on you once about Peter/Jesus" I looked and this is what I see that I said to you.

"Lorenzo, I have a new found admiration for your thoughts and your posts. Why is that?
The last post you made was very thoughtful and demonstrated restraint while it did get
your points across. Thanks Lorenzo."

Then Russ posted this: "You wrote:

""Addendum: Lorenzo, you say "I got off on you once about Peter/Jesus" I looked and this is what I see that I said to you.""
I have so many things to say this 'what i hope is a serious'-mistype."

Exporter came back with:" To Whom was THIS Adressed? Russ, your not doing too well on this thread old buddy.
( Obviously this was comment directed toward Russ, - - - - - wasn't it?

vike4life, There Is No Question about the clearity of these posts. I do not need to look for an answer.

Hey, vike4, maybe you just had a hard day and didn't read for comprehention. You are forgiven. B)

I've been rolling them at Exporter for awhile now. The rest of them are catching up, though.

And no, that wasn't funny Exporter. It also makes no sense at all. Sometimes comedy can be found in stuff like that, but not in this instance.

I'm doing just fine on this thread. I, and a few others that don't post on here, have had way too many laughs with this discussion thread.

Oh my, vike4 must be at a loss for words. He is becoming philosophical. He said," that WASN'T FUNNY Exporter". But what is he talking about? He is SO GENERIC in this post he forces me to guess what he means. But vike4 has provided so much good information for so long that I look forward to reading his posts. He is one of the most intelegent posters on Texas H.S. Football. So he must know something I overlooked. Therefore, I will try to do better. I haven't a clew what he thought was funny (or not). vike4, I was not trying to be funny!!! I think that the line vike4 reffered to WAS NOT writen by the Exporter.

Try this on for size..........Is the following funny?

HOW DO YOU SINK AN AGGIE SUBMARINE? ANSWER: SEND A FROGMAN TO KNOCK ON THE MAIN HATCH!

AN AGGIE WAS TAKING A RIDE ON HORSEBACK. AS HE GALLOPED HE FELL OFF THE HORSE BUT HIS FOOT GOT CAUGHT ON THE POMMEL OF THE SADDLE. WHILE HIS HEAD WAS BOUNCING ON THE GROUND & ALMOST BECOMING UNCONSCIENCE THE K-MART EMPLOYEE RUSHED TO HIS AID AND UNPLUGGED THE HORSE.

I THINK THAT IS FUNNY.

THE FIRST AGGIE JOKE ---> WHAT DO YOU GET IF YOU CROSSED AN AGGIE WITH A GORRILLA?
ANSWER = YOU GET A RETARDED APE. (1961) :D

A long time ago I heard an old coach say," Don't let your alligator mouth overload your Jay-bird A__" We all do that at times.

Another old one.

Why is it that so many Aggies have Flat Foreheads.
Answer = Every time you tell them anything they slap their foreheads and say, " I didn't know that! "

A recent A & M graduate applied for a job with the Texas Highway Dept. They gave him a box of brushes and a barrel of paint
so he could paint the centerstripe down the highway.
The first day he painted three miles of stripe.
The second day he painted two miles of stripe and the boss said don't get lass than two miles per day.
The third day he did just one mile. The boss said that was below the standards - "Your Fired".
The Aggie said, " But Mr. Boss, that barrel of paint kept getting farther away !! "

You know the first time I heard jokes like this was..

...back when I was little and my father was about to take a coaching job for the Nebraska Cornhuskers. I remember they told those same jokes about the Oklahoma Sooners.

My question for you, Exporter is this- you say I am "intelegent", but am I intelligent?

I was referring to your post made right before mine...the one where you put a laughing smiley. As I said, it made no sense and just made me roll my eyes at you, Gramps.

Russ, I think I got it, but maybe I'm finding another "somthin' wrong" about that post...please explain, in full details, what you got out of it. ;)

Did your DAD take that job for Nebraska ? When was that? I almost played for Nebraska but coach PettiBone went to A&M and i just walked on at TEXAS instead because my family was bad enough with me going to N but to become an AGGIE in my family was unheard of.

I'm not sure what that product is/was for, but I'm guessing there's humor in the fact that the word "odor" is spelled incorrectly?

Hey vike4..................
You caught me. I MISSPELLED a word......... what is the world coming to?

vike4: "
My question for you, Exporter is this- you say I am "intelegent", but am I intelligent?

I was referring to your post made right before mine...the one where you put a laughing smiley. As I said, it made no sense and just made me roll my eyes at you, Gramps"

YESSIR, I did miss the spelling of the word I N T E L L I G E N T. My old keyboard is a $17 variety and it isn't the best.

vike4life, I was complementing you the best way I knew how. IMHO when comparing your posts with the others only two or three others show the level of mental accuity that your's show. Westlake Tech can at times be brilliant and lorenzo shows the ability to think. Texlong is right in there too.

Why the personal remark vike4? You threw in the word "Gramps". Do you call your grand father "Gramps?
Yes, I have reffered to some of my grand children here. Being a grand father is not a "put down". I have 4 grand children and Two of them are scholarship college athletes. The Two that aren't are just 9 and 12 years old. I want you to keep me
"up to snuff" ( as they say in College Station). Thanks for the reminder. Did I misspell any words vike4? :D

1. I misspelled the word "REFFERED".

2. Today's Express-News talks about the A & M coaches telling their QB that they think he can be an NFL QB in spite of carrying the ball 35 times last year vs Nebraska.

3. Baylor unveils it's new look tonight....the starting QB has not been named as of 12 hours ago.
