In Double OT, Coppell beat SLC 56-53.

1st loss in regular season for SLC since moving up to 5A

Great game, proof that Friday Nights in Texas are special.

Congrats to Coppell!

WOW! Congrats to the Cowboys.

I redid my topic line since I felt Coppell deserved to have their name first!

Ya they lost to Miami NW 29-21 in the 3rd week lat year, and they lost to abilene 22-21 in the 3rd round of the playoffs. So I would say SLC is still a power to recon with, but they definantly can be beaten!!

Hebron beats Coppell....this district is tough folks! I was at the Coppell SLC game and as I have mentioned on another post Coppell wanted this game more than SLC.

Now, since I have a daughter at Hebron it makes for some interesting stuff around my house since I have two kids in SLC...So, I go and watch the Coppell / Hebron game last friday....WHAT?? this was not even the same team (Coppell) that just beat the Dragons.. they were flat, could not get their O going at all...was it a letdown? I just think the Hebron team is for real and after loosing the way they did early in the season found what they were looking for...this is a TEAM of kids that will come to play every down. I have no ideal who is going to win this district but the decision I am facing today is which side I am going to sit on come next friday......

SLC had better start playing some D or Hebron will win this game.
