"The Houston St. John’s Mavericks grabbed a little momentum heading into the offseason with a 36-33 win over Dallas Greenhill. It marked their first win of the season and should give them something to build on."

Frisco Legacy Christian Eagles earned a trip to the state-semifinals by surviving a 60-minute battle with Shiner St. Paul that came down to a stop on a two-point conversion attempt with 30 seconds on the clock.
