Recreation Coaching Issues

Hey Y'all,

I'm new to the Forum, but was looking for a good outlet to talk about Rec Coaching issues which are way different from competitive high school sports. I coached Soccer and Lacrosse for 4th and 5th grade boys and girls for a few years and will likely get back into coaching soon. For now, I just study the game and always like to talk about coaching when I can.

Also, for new coaches just starting out, I recommend checking out a free web site I work with now. It's was built for the rec community and does scheduling for Coaches and Program Directors. Its called StadiumRoar.com.

Anyways, my past coaching experience for Soccer and Lacrosse was in Massachusetts and I wonder how big these "smaller" sports will grow here?
