Has anyone read Miracle on the Gridiron? I think it's one of the best new books on high school football that I've read or heard of recently. Anyone got a comment? Would like to know your opinion. If you haven't read it, it's written by Jim Black and can be found on Amazon.com.
I just bought this book yesterday and if its like his other books it will be great.

Every player and coach should have to read this. If your old school you will absolutely love this book. If your new generation you will see the sacrifices it takes to be succesfull. This should be in every sports fans stocking!
A gift is a great idea, makes all of us want to go back and play harder than we did. Feels like I left a bit more on the field that I thought. After reading Miracle on the Gridiron, anyone feel they could of played harder and sacrificed a little more???

Hard not to feel that way after reading the book. Those players are heroes and Coach Grady Graves has my respect.A gift is a great idea, makes all of us want to go back and play harder than we did. Theirs is a bygone era. And that's sad.

Well I just finished the book today... great book! You can tell a great book when you finish it and feel like you know the people you have read about. Reading it was like reliving the past season with the Graham Steers. (Only with a slightly different outcome)... Man we are still sick about that...
