Does anyone know of any sports memorabilia authentication/appraisal places in the D/FW area?

My cousin has a jersey that he wants to sell. I'm helping him with it, and he wants to get as much money as possible for it.

It's a Derek Sanderson Boston Bruins jersey. It's autographed, and has blood stains on it, so I assume it was worn in a game.

So does anyone know of any authentication/appraisal places in the D/FW area, and how much those services might cost?

Also, does anyone have a ballpark on what a jersey like that might sell for?
