I just have a feeling that the lone 5A passing team in SA is in for a good year and begin with a spanking of the ground-dimensional
Rockets and their height challenged RB corps.

I agree, mac will be good but Judson will be good as well this year, but i could see Mac taking down Judson this year,The SA area should just be happy that judson has two schools now, cause if not, this would be a no brainer,Sucks that they split all that talent up.

Judson looked helpless vs Westlake!!! That game was in Converse!!! Why has the Judson RB well run dry? They have Jones, but he won't be a big time blue chip at 5'4". Why are other schools, MADISON getting the type of backs that Judson used to have? Judson had 3500 or so kids when we played them in the 80s and we had 1600, but we had great athletes and matched up with them better than most SA teams back then. Kyle Fox was the last great Judson RB. The numbers have also been skewed the last two years in that JOKE district they were in.

If you are going to play Judson, you might as well get them right out of the box instead of late November or December!!! Mac just may beat Judson, but I do not see them "spanking" them as you stated. Judson will hang with them just fine and I won't be a bit surprised if the Rockets come out 1-0 after week 0! What does the height of the RBs have to do with anything? Maybe the colleges will not be all over Jones because of his size......who cares?! We are talking about HS football and I'd take a 5'4" quick/fast/surefooted RB over a 6'0" one that is not as fast....I'm talking about HS ball, not college!

I know Rocket ball. They put all their talent on defense, the smart kids on the OL and the best RB kids, whether sophomores on up at TB. The big problem is the OL hasn't been as good and the caretaker QB position needs to be upgraded. I do not see how Judson struggles with any depth with more than 3000 kids at their school?

24-6 3rd quarter.
