Hey, Lincoln/Valdosta is a good matchup.
I never heard of several of those Florida teams in the first post you put up. You guys have nothing to lose, as all of the OOS teams will be expected to win against those lesser teams, just as Cocoa was expected to get crushed by Abilene.
No worries.

This isnt the whole list by far, just some that stuck out to me. all the games will be blowouts. they are making Florida look like a joke with some of these matchups. Yulee,FL ranked 123rd in FL, playing Georgia powerhouse Buford, ranked 2 in GA????

that is totally irrelevant
everyone knows fl has the best football in the country and you have to be a fool to look at rankings which are set up to make fl look bad
i expect fl to sweep these games
if you don';t agree with me you are an idiot
(how did I do Canes?, lol)

These matchups are a joke. Several of these teams have no business going outside of their own area.
I'm sure there will be some good games in the marquee matchups (like STA v DLS; Bosco v. Manatee, etc.), but by and large these games SUCK!!! Even Lincoln (although they ended up stealing 4A from a flat and uninspired Armwood team) had 4 losses, so I'd have to make them a slight underdog to Valdosta.
Good luck FLA but it isn't shaping up very well right now for the ole sunshine boys.

Nease is the only school that has ever accomplished anything out of this group and they haven't been relevant since 2007. This is just a horrible group of games. Yulee? Baker County? Really?

yeah and whats sad is the Upland,CA coach said he wanted to see what Florida football was about. so they are playing Baker County. lol. games like this, andNease is the only school that has ever accomplished anything out of this group and they haven't been relevant since 2007. Nease vs Ballard,KY are games where it will be a blowout, and the other team will be celebrating like they whooped on a Florida team.

Someone (gridironpromotions) should try to set up a NJ-FL challenge. Try to get the top 5 programs from each state to play in week 2 or 3. 3 games in Jersey, 2 games in FL. Then the next year 3 games in FL, 2 games in Jersey.

indeed that would be fun
I would really like to see Hoover or Prattville play BC or SJR from NJ.
I know BC would have whooped Hoover last year.
The NJ fl thing would never happen as NJ does not have the reputation to sell such a match up to an investor.

your telling me that those fat cats up there on wall street cant throw some change on the table and make it happen? hell bring some Jersey teams down, and play some teams close to there beach house or something. they could put Bosco, Bergen, and St. Peters on 1 plane and bring em down. some millionaire up there has to be a big fan right?indeed that would be fun

lol, they could care less about high school football. It's a whole other culture. The only folks up here with serious cash that care about high school football are former players who have kids.
BTW, Peters is not traditionally as strong a program as St Joe's.
The "big three" in NJ (as they have been refereed to for decades are BC, Bosco and St Joe's.
The last 10 years or so they refer to Peters as "plus one" as in "the big three plus one" are a level above the rest.
these are really the only programs in nj that can play with fl top 6 or 7 programs.
then as with any high school team, on any given year a team can be good by chance.

If the Louisville Ballard vs Nease game was a basketball game, I would agree with you. If Ballard were to win it would be a close game. Still Ballard is a legit top 10 Kentucky team.yeah and whats sad is the Upland,CA coach said he wanted to see what Florida football was about. so they are playing Baker County. lol. games like this, and

Piscataway would beat Bergen and Joes next year, and probably SPP. Bergen and SJR are going to suck next year.

anything can happen on a given year, it is high school.
But SJR NEVER sucks. They are the most consistent program in the state the last 25 years.
Pway reminds me a lot of FL schools. Way good talent but lacking the disciple as a team.
Bosco and SJR for example over achieve
You know who else over achieves, WH. (not that I like them, I don't)
