Small school player signed.


"UIL Class A and AA Texas high school football players signed national letters of intent to play college football. These scholarships are from NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (I-A), NCAA Football Championship Subdivision (I-AA) and NCAA Division II schools. All others are non scholarship programs. The NCAA Division-1A, the “so-called” big schools in the in eleven conferences such as the Big 12, Big 10, SEC, Conference USA, WAC, Big East, Sun Belt, Mountain West and others. The NCAA Division 1-AA includes the Southland Conference and the SWAC. NCAA Division II includes The Lone Star Conference, Mid America Conference and the Gulf South Conference.
Baylor with four signees and the University of Houston with three are the “Big Schools” signing the most small school kids. SFA signed five small school players.
The total includes 12 Jr. College signees.

I have not had reports on players form Cameron, Lexington, Refugio or South Texas."

The 2A forums have Roderick listed, and Seymour has a quite a few kids that had the opportunity to play at the NAIA level or higher, OT/DT Blake Atnip 6'8" 275 lbs, in the class of 2012, is also receiving lots of D1 attention.
