This week Rivals lowered Bosco from #1 nationally to #6 based on Bosco's blow out victoiry over a top 1000 team 45-0.

In response Cal Prep removed Rivals from the Compilation poll saying essentially it was the last straw in what Rivals has done with there ranking this year. From Cal:. "continued random/whimsical nature of their rankings re: various teams...indiscriminately elevating and dropping teams unrelated to results """

Rivals then ansewered by starting there own Compilation poll, just like a 12 year old girl would do.

What do you think about this?

In the last year Rivals has become the dominate national high school message board but posting there needs to be tempered or you risk being banned so I ask this question here, at Quiznos .

I looked at Rivals compilation poll. They had 54 teams I believe and the following teams didn't make it:
Matthews Butler (NC) 9-1, Cibolo Steele (TX) 9-0, Fort Thomas Highlands (KY) 10-0,
Longview (TX) 8-1, New Orleans Jesuit (LA) 9-0, Shreveport Byrd (LA) 8-0, Hillard Davidson (OH) 9-0,
Colleyville Heritage (TX) 8-1, Lufkin (TX) 8-1, Southlake Carroll (TX) 9-0, FM Marcus (TX) 8-1,
Covington ST. Paul's (LA) 9-0, Olive Branch (MS) 10-0, Lafayette Oxford (MS) 11-0.
The reason I have some 1 loss teams listed is because they lost to high ranked teams.
For example: Heritage & Marcus both lost 38-35 to Euless Trinity (2OT) & Allen respectively. Butler,NC lost their season opener 28-20 to Mallard Creek & should be recognized.

Im getting sick of these bogus national rankings at Rivals and such.

Here is my formula if they award a MNC. It has to be listed as MN(-TX)C
