Well how is everyone doing that is still hanging around this site? I havent posted here in a long time, but i have recently been coming back and checking it out and I figured I would try to get some conversations started. How about Rowletts game against copperas cove last week? WOW the played really good ball and showed that they can move the football. Im hoping we can do the same thing this saturday against a very good and talented spring westfield who as already beat a favorite in the first round with lufkin. I hope we can get this site back and going like it use to a few years ago! I am willing to help with what I can.

I was very surprised with the win over CC. I think everyone was already looking past Rowlett and then ended up running into a brick wall. That is the biggest reason why I love the playoffs. Every game is a battle. Teams fight down to their last tooth and nail just to survive another week. I think if you guys play like you did against CC you have a good shot at taking this one. Sometimes you just have to nickel and dime a win, but thats the beauty of it. I do see a potential matchup with a VERY HUNGRY Longview team. Those guys have been lurking around the top of the ladder as a state contender but just havent seemed to have everything together for a deep title run. Ive seen them play and they may be a serious threat this year. But thats a different topic altogether. One week at a time brother. Good luck!

Game day! Suppose to be a very windy day today all throughout texas! gunna be a running game! I hope the eagles can pull it out! I was actually suprised with the CC win also, i new we could win I honestly just though that cove was gunna edge us out with how they have played all year! I lost my voice after that game. I wont be able to make it to the games today because of work. I hope everyone has a safe trip and exciting games. If we make it past westfield today I would love to see a longview match! they are an amazing team.
