Best wishes of continued good health and success to Legendary Ennis football coach Sam Harrell as he re-enters the coaching field in his hometown, as the QB’s coach @ Brownwood High School.

That's awesome that Coach Harrell gets to coach again. Too bad it's not for the Lions of Ennis. Best of luck Coach Harrell.

Great for Coach Harrell, We should do some thing to honor him for all his stellar accomplishments here, like build one of those royal stretchers with a canopy like they hauled Pharohs and Kings around on and all take turns carrying him all the way to Brownwood. Or at least to the city limits and then Mrs Harrell can take him the rest of the way. Thanks Coach!!

We care. Once an Ennis Lion, always an Ennis Lion! Still a little bitter about that game in 2000 aye?

I think he is still bitter about that game in 2000. I don't blame him, though.

Just to update you guys, his health is holding up very well. He is doing a great job here. As one of you said, Once and Ennis Lion, always an Ennis Lion. We say the same thing here, and he was a Brownwood Lion first.
