Millions of Texans are thinking about that Big Game called the "Red River Showdown".

Of course we know that OU has a littl bit more proven talent in the passing game but the 'Horns are improving in the running game or so we hear.

I'd make a guess that the betting line will pick the Sooners by 3, but football is an emotional game and late in the second half lots of games are won by the Offensive Line and just plain old fashioned GUTS.

You can have the "pretty boys" I will take the best Offensive and Defensive Lines and TEXAS has the best of it in those departments.

I am picking Texas to go ahead in the 4th Quarter in a low scoring game. They will use Shiply and McCoy as decoys and the running game will be the deciding factor......but this is JULY - who knows - arrests, injuries, illness, etc add up.....it's a game of ATTRITION. :goof:

Regrettably, the betting line will be much more in favor of OU. Probably 10 points or more. But I'll never count Texas out.
