3A Lovejoy's Freshman team finished the season 10-0 with wins over a 4A Rockwall Heath team, Princeton who brought down more than a few Sophmores, and a BIG win over 5A Shepton's "A" team. Lovejoy's defense finihed the season allowing an average of only 4.6 points per game. Shepton scored 21, other than that they only gave up 7 points in one game, 6 points in 3 games, and had 5 shutouts.
Lovejoy Varsity ought to be pretty solid in the next 2-3 years.
