Cibolo Steele DB Caden Sterns Commits To Texas

In November, Caden Sterns committed to LSU, and seemed like a complete lock to not decommit. He took a visit to UT over the weekend, and switched his commitment to Tom Herman and the Texas Longhorns.

This comes as a huge surprise. Sterns was actively recruiting others to LSU at recruiting events, and in interviews given, he seemed to be all in for the Tigers and coach Orgeron.

Sterns is considered an elite DB talent, and is the #4 ranked safety in the nation and the #5 ranked player in the state by 247. It doesn’t take a recruiting genius to see this for what it is, which is a huge recruiting win for Tom Herman and his staff.
