Mount Enterprise’s Jeremy Jenkins is returning to Tenaha after one season away to take the athletic director and head coach position
Last year the story was Mount Enterprise hiring Tenaha’s defensive coordinator, Jeremy Jenkins, as their new head coach. This year the table has turned and Tenaha has hired Jenkins back on a unanimous vote as their new athletic director and head football coach.
Under Jenkins, the Mount Enterprise Wildcats recorded a 10-2 season in 2019 for a second overall ranking in District 11-2A Division II standings.
Jenkins served as the defensive coordinator on the 2018 Tenaha team that posted a 10-4 record and made it to the State Quarterfinals.
