The Longhorns’ depth got a little bit better yesterday. Texas has added Kendall Moore, a tight end graduate transfer from Syracuse.

Moore played for Syracuse from 2013-2016. He gained a medical hardship due to injuries sustained in his 2015 campaign, in which he only appeared in three games.
After the arrest of Reese Leitao in February, the Longhorns’ tight end situation was looking fairly grim. Andrew Beck, a senior, only has 12 career receptions, and Cade Brewer is just a true freshman. This move certainly tightens up the depth in the Texas locker room.
