COVID-19 Strikes Again
For those of you checking out our live scoreboard here: https://texashsfootball.com/live-scores-texas-high-school-football-scoreboard/, you will notice that the team Max Preps has #1 in the state, the Duncanville Panthers, aren’t playing. Their game against Fort Worth Nolan Catholic was canceled. Last week, Nolan Catholic sent this notice to students and parents:
“We have been notified that a senior student who attends Nolan Catholic tested positive for COVID-19 today, September 21, 2020. The student was last in school on September 18, 2020, but was not exhibiting symptoms at that time.”
Due to the positive cases on the Nolan Catholic campus, the game was canceled. Duncanville will start their season next week vs South Oak Cliff. The Nolan Catholic Vikings look to start their season next week vs Midland Christian.
