Jay Fair, Rockwall-Heath
Jay Fair was the clear winner of the fan vote. He has had an outstanding season, which at the time of this article, is still continuing. Through his first 12 games of the season, Fair had 71 receptions for 1,273 yards for an average of 17.9 yards per catch and 12 touchdowns. The Junior receiver has multiple college scholarship offers, including his first offer from The University of Utah, and his most recent from Arkansas State University.
Fair ran away with first place, but the battle for second was close. Eli Martinez from Coronado pulled away from Tyler Yancey of Lindsay and Nick Anderson of Austin to finish second.
