Duane Toliver is finishing his third week as the athletic director and football coach at Tulia High School. And the former Texas Tech football player is expecting big things as he goes about rebuilding an athletic program that has fallen on some difficult times this year.
So far, Toliver likes what he has seen of the Tulia athletes in general and his football players in particular.
