Earlier today, we reported the cancellation of the Alvord vs S&S game set to take place in Sadler, Texas.
We’ve since learned, thanks to information from Gary Crouch, Owner of Crouch Sales Company out of Waco, that three more games have been canceled.
The game between the Trenton Tigers (2-o) and the Chico Dragons (0-2) has been canceled. Also, out of the Dallas area, games between the Kaufman Lions (0-2) and the Henderson Lions (1-1), as well as the North Lamar Panthers (0-2) and the Nevada Community Braves (0-2) have been canceled.
North Lamar has also announced that they are canceling next week’s game vs Anna.
Nevada Community wills till play tomorrow. They found a last-minute replacement. They will play Longview Springhill at 7:30pm tomorrow (Friday).
We would like to report the positive news that, as of the time of this article, we do not have any reports of any players from these schools having any significant health complications from COVID-19.
