Ever since his arrival in San Marcos last Thursday, Texas State head coach Everett Withers has been a busy man.
Aside from assembling his staff for the 2016 season, Withers has also hit the ground running when it comes to Bobcats’ latest recruiting class.
While Withers isn’t allowed to make any in-person contact with recruits (read: the entire Football Bowl Subdivision is in the midst of the recruiting dead period, which runs through Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.), he is permitted to offer scholarships to high school prospects.
