The Horned Frogs have another recruit to bolster their ranks for the years to come: Trevon Moehrig-Woodard, a defensive back out of Smithson Valley.

TCU has quietly been building one of the best recruiting classes in the Texas area for the upcoming year. Moehrig-Woodard is TCU’s fifth commit in their 2018 class that already includes Atanza Vongor, Ochaun Mathis, Esteban Avila, and Devin Phillips.
The Horned Frogs went 6-7 in their 2016 season and lost to the Georgia Bulldogs in their bowl game. After the runs TCU has had recently, it was definitely a down year, but there are glimmers of hope that come in the form of solid recruiting classes and returning starters.
