Ezekiel Elliott has had an eventful offseason. There was that time he exposed a woman’s breast at a St. Patrick’s Day parade (NSFW). He was allegedly involved in an altercation at a Dallas area bar. The most recent update on his tumultuous offseason involves a suspension — ESPN’s Adam Schefter and others are reporting that Elliott has been suspended six games as the result of an investigation into domestic violence allegations that surfaced a year ago.

Elliott is expected to appeal the suspension. He has been suspended for a violation of the personal conduct policy.
In a letter to Elliott, Todd Jones, the NFL’s Special Counsel for Conduct, said that there’s “substantial and persuasive evidence” that Elliott was engaged in physical violence towards a Ms. Tiffany Thompson.
