1: What was the highlight of your 2023 football season?
The highlight of my season was playing in the Alamodome. I had never been in an atmosphere like that and it was a very cool experience.
2: What was the biggest challenge you or your team had to overcome this season?
The biggest challenge we faced as a team was starting off fast against good programs. During the regular season, we were able to pick it up later in the game, but during our game against North Shore, we couldn’t catch up with such a challenging team.
3: If you could give advice to an incoming freshman football player, what would it be?
Use your voice! Be loud and encourage your teammates. Whether it’s a lift, outside practice, or game. Don’t be afraid to speak up just because you’re a freshman. I have way more respect for an underclassman bringing energy rather than sitting off to the side and being quiet.
4: If you could be a Superhero, which one would you pick and why?
I would be Iron Man. Easily the best Avenger, and his suits can do almost anything.
5: If you had to go to an island and only bring 3 things, what would you bring?
I’m bringing a machete, lighter, and my dog Goose.
6: If not in the NFL winning the Super Bowl MVP, where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I see myself living in New York, working in finance.
7: What is your go-to pre-game pump-up song?
Survival Tactics
8: What is your favorite football or sports movie?
Remember the Titans. Top 2 best movies ever, and it isn’t 2.
9: Name a teammate that:
A: Improved the most this year:
B: Can bench press the most:
C: Has the fastest 40:
D: Has the best dance moves:
E: Is most likely to become a high school football coach:
Bennett Wilkin
10: Why do you love football?
I love how football is such a team sport. You could have a team of the greatest athletes in the world, but they wouldn’t succeed unless they worked well together.
