Alex Ramart, the Richmond Foster gunslinger will continue his career with the Akron Zips.

Ramart has a howitzer of an arm. The pro-style quarterback is an excellent pickup for the Zips, who will be in need of a new quarterback in a few years once their two deep of Tommy Woodson and Tra’Von Chapman graduate. This will give Ramart time to grow and develop his game while he learns the ins and outs of the position.
Richmond Foster went 14-1 in 2016 before losing in the semifinals of the playoffs to Temple. The Falcons will lose many talented seniors this offseason, and Ramart is definitely a guy that they’ll miss.
