It was an inevitability. Now, it is a reality.
Yet another sporting event fell prey to the coronavirus as Baylor announced the cancelation of both its Pro Day and its Green and Gold game.

Pro Day was set to be held Wednesday, while the Green and Gold game would be held April 18 at McLane Stadium.
While the events are cancelled and The Big 12 have postponed spring practices through March 29 at the earliest, the Bears have not decided to completely cancel practices, according to the Waco Tribune-Herald.
This is just one more step by the sporting world to flatten the curve of the coronavirus, and it certainly won’t be the last.
At this rate, however, few events remain to fall victim.
