Jhett Norman is one and done.
After accepting his first head coaching job last April, Norman is moving on from Farwell, according to a tweet from Kale Steed.

While Norman only spent one season with the Steers, it was successful.
Farwell posted a 7-4 record in 2019, placing second in the District 2-2A, Division II standings before losing to McCamey 30-15 in the bi-district round.
The showing was a step down, however, from where the program was when Norman inherited it. The Steers went 10-2 and reached the area round under Daniel Brittain, who was Farwell’s head coach for five years, in 2018.
The Steers were relocated to District 1-2A, Division I during the UIL’s recent realignment, placing them alongside Boys Ranch, Olton, Panhandle, Sanford-Fritch and Stinnett West Texas.
