The NFL has been experimenting with having the draft in different locations as the years go by. The leader to host 2018’s NFL Draft? According to Field Yates, it’s Dallas, who would host it at their new center in Frisco.

The NFL Draft has never been held in Texas. It was held in New York City until 2014, after which it was decided that some diversity in location would be good. It was held in Chicago in 2015 and 2016, and this year it will be held in Philadelphia.
With the sweet new structures in Frisco, it seems like a no-brainer for NFL. It gets a chance to come to one of the most football crazed cities in the nation for one of its biggest events, and the Cowboys would get to show off the Star. It seems like a huge win-win for all involved.
