EDINBURG, Texas – There are plenty of talented players throughout the state of Texas. Down in the Rio Grande Valley you can find plenty. Especially at Edinburg Vela, where you will find Julio Cuello.
Cuello, a senior offensive lineman for Edinburg Vela, is a big 6’3”, 270 pounds. He says he has met with a few schools and could possibly be taking a visit to Texas Lutheran this weekend.
Today, Cuello took to Twitter to announce he will be attending the Offense-Defense All-American Bowl. The bowl is held in New Orleans and has had plenty of big players make their way through.
Among those include Dez Bryant, Cam Newton and Jarrett Lee, according to the web site. Cuello and the rest of the players will be heading to New Orleans December 27-30.

For those who don’t know who Cuello is, here’s a look at some of his HUDL film. When he gets a full head of steam going, he’s not stopping. Cuello and his Vela Sabercats are 9-0, looking straight into the playoffs. This week, they can win their district this Friday with a win over Economedes.
