Baylor’s recruiting class under Matt Rhule continues to grow. James Lynch, a DL out of Round Rock High School and a former TCU and USC commit, has chosen the Bears.

Lynch is huge, and he’ll likely be a solid defensive tackle for the Bears. He’s 6’4 and 285 pounds according to 247, and he moves well for a guy that big.
Lynch is the fifth commit in Baylor’s 2017 class, and the fourth defender that the Bears have coming to Waco. Rhule is a defensive guy, and he’s definitely looking to recreate the defensive success he had at Temple. With guys like Lynch, he has a good shot at achieving that.
