Frost Polar Bears Roll Past Winters in 45-21 Victory

Austin Roof Inspection

Frost opened the 2025 season with authority, traveling to Winters and leaving with a commanding 45-21 victory on Thursday night. The win was especially sweet for the Polar Bears, who avenged last year’s narrow 28-27 loss to the Blizzards.

Frost’s offense clicked early, finishing drives with precision and keeping Winters on its heels. The Polar Bears’ balance on the ground and through the air allowed them to build momentum and stretch the lead into comfortable territory. The defense also came up big, making timely stops to prevent any serious comeback threat.

Winters still found some success offensively. Quarterback Coy Martinez threw for 212 yards and three touchdowns, with Nolan Martinez emerging as the top target. He finished with 143 yards and all three scores, including a 64-yard highlight that energized the home crowd. But Frost had the final say, proving sharper across the board in a complete performance.
