Liberty Hill beat Bastrop 48–14 at Panther Stadium to win the District 11-5A Division II title. The Panthers controlled the line of scrimmage, moved the ball consistently, and got key stops on defense. The win ended Bastrop’s unbeaten run and gave Liberty Hill its eighth straight victory. It also avenged last year’s 35–31 loss.
