The Hippos of Hutto High School are hiring Eli Reinhart as their new head football coach. For the past three seasons, Reinhart has been the offensive mastermind at North Crowley, where his offense averaged over 50 points per game and led the team to a 16-0 record and a Class 6A Division I state championship in 2024.
Before his time at North Crowley, Reinhart coached at Ferris State University, Saginaw Valley State, and Northwood University in Michigan. He also spent a season as the offensive coordinator at Austin Anderson High School in Texas.
Reinhart is stepping into the role previously held by Will Compton, who was promoted to Hutto ISD Athletic Director in mid-January. The Hutto community is excited, eager to see how Reinhart’s high-scoring offensive strategies will transform the Hippos’ performance on the field.
With his impressive track record and fresh energy, Reinhart is poised to impact Hutto High School significantly. Fans are optimistic that his leadership will usher in a new era of success for the Hippos.
