There were a lot of fireworks in Week Two, and choosing this week’s Offensive Players of the Week was not an easy task. In the end, the criteria was very simple: who got in the end zone the most. Here are the Offensive Players of the Week, in no particular order.

Prince Mavula – Justin Northwest (371 yards passing, 7 TDs, 2 rushing TDs)

Prince did a little bit of everything for Justin Northwest, who rolled to a 69-46 victory over McKinney North. Mavula was on pace to break records, but the Texans rested their starters en route to their ridiculous blowout win. Six of Mavula’s passing TDs came in the first half.

Sicorey Smith – Cameron Yoe (6 catches, 187 yards receiving, 5 TDs receiving, 98 yard kick return TD)

Sicorey Smith was all over the field in Cameron Yoe’s 69-31 romp over Gatesville. The Hornets were neck-and-neck with the Yoemen until the men from Cameron pulled away late to make it a blowout victory. We’ll hear more from Sicorey Smith in our Week Three Game of the Week.

Jalen Reagor – Waxahachie (8 catches, 205 yards, 3 TDs)

Reagor is one of the top recruits in the Texas High School landscape, and last week’s dramatic win over Highland Park might have sealed his legend. Reagor didn’t get in the end zone as much as some, but one look at this video reveals why he made this list.

I think he reversed field twice and shook at least 7 members of the Highland Park defense.
