There’s a link between the world of professional wrestling and football, and not just a link in the terms of muscle bound men smashing themselves into each other for a crowd’s enjoyment. The fanbases at time can seem to overlap, fans and athletes included. While certainly not the first college program to enjoy this treat, the latest team to have a professional wrestler show up at practice was the Texas Longhorns.
Undertaker live at practice. https://t.co/ynueZWzIK9

While different from Texas Tech, who put on a live show, UT merely had the Undertaker speak to the team. It’s certainly an excellent motivator though, and one that the players surely appreciated.
