Kent Perkins and the St. Louis Battlehawks were victorious during Week 4 of the XFL season while Patrick Vahe and Cedric Reed have to regroup.
Perkins, a former Lake Highlands standout, started at right guard and helps St. Louis outlast Seattle 23-16 on Saturday. Perkins helped St. Louis (3-1) post 392 total yards of offense against Seattle (1-3), including 133 on the ground.
Vahe, a former Euless Trinity standout, Reed, a Cleveland alum, and the Los Angeles Wildcats fell short against the New York Guardians 17-14.
Vahe helped Los Angeles (1-3) gain 350 total yards against New York (2-2) and recovered a fumble while Reed finished with a tackle.
