2A Team of the Week: Rosebud-Lott Cougars
Rosebud-Lott had quite the visitor for its opening district game. The Cougars welcomed #10 Crawford to town in a game where the Cougars were regarded as 25-point underdogs, according to Dave Campbell’s Texas Football.
Despite coming into the game with an 0-3 record, Rosebud-Lott rose to the occasion.
Quarterback Pryce Rabroker threw for 174 yards and three touchdowns and the Cougar defense denied Crawford on a late two-point conversion attempt in a narrow 28-27 victory.
