2021 Season Preview
The Longhorns return seven starters, four on offense and three on defense, but must replace all-everything quarterback Kaidon Salter.
Cedric Harden, Jr. takes over at quarterback. He accounted for seven touchdowns in 2020. He is a first-time starter but has scholarship offers from Illinois State, Kansas, and Georgia Tech.
Senior CB Jalon Peoples is on the recruiting radar of several schools, Baylor, Tennessee, Ole Miss, Indiana, Oklahoma State, and Texas Tech to name a few.
Syncere Massey, a senior defensive end, has offers from USC, Arizona State, and UCF.

2020 Season Recap
The Longhorns finished 12-1, only playing 8 regular season games and the game with Allen was cancelled. They scored over 50 points twice and averaged 34 points per game for the season.
After a mid-season loss to Duncanville, Cedar Hill won seven consecutive games to earn a spot in the 6A Division 2 State Championship Game vs Katy at AT&T Stadium in Arlington.
Katy forced three Cedar Hill turnovers, including 2 INTs by QB Kaidon Salter and a fumble that was returned 55 yards for a touchdown. The Longhorns were outscored in the fourth quarter 14-0 and Katy won the game 51-14.
Salter finished the season with 2682 passing yards and 31 touchdowns and signed with the Tennessee Volunteers. He was voted 2020 QB of the Year by a texashsfootball.com fan vote.
