After taking official visits each of the past two weekends, Caesar Williams made his decision Tuesday night.
The senior cornerback from South Grand Prairie High School near Dallas committed to Wisconsin, which he visited the weekend of Jan. 15 before checking out Kansas State this past weekend. Houston, Illinois, Indiana, Navy, Toledo, and Tulsa were also among the 15 FBS programs to offer Williams.
