Reasoning: Duncanville could easily have only one loss if it wasn’t for a fourth quarter collapse against Cedar Hill.
Region 2
Sachse –
The Woodlands – IIII
Advantage: The Woodlands
Reasoning: The Woodlands has been unstoppable this year. They have a point differential of almost +400.
Region 3
North Shore –
Dickinson – IIII
Advantage: Dickinson
Reasoning: North Shore beat Dickinson last year on their way to state, but this is a new year, right? This will be a great game no matter who wins, and the winner will have be a contender for the title
Region 4
Austin Westlake – I
Converse Judson – III
Advantage: Converse Judson, 3 votes to 1
Reasoning: Converse Judson was the only team to beat Lake Travis and Lake Travis throttled Westlake, so the Rockets should do the same to Westlake.
