In recent years, photoshop edits of everything from Rolling Stone covers to motivational posters have become a recruiting collateral of choice. The mailers seem to do the trick, with recruits routinely posting images of what they receive from schools across social media.
That begs the question: Do the schools send all their edits out in one mass mail dump, or do they phase them in so as to add an emphasis of personalized attention for every young athlete? If a recent series of tweets from Texas prospects ia any indication, it sure seems like top programs are happy to get the edits in the hands of players as soon as possible, political considerations be darned.
