The game couldn’t be better for this week! The Cedar Hill Longhorns, one of Under Armour‘s “UNDENIABLE” teams, will be playing a home game vs Desoto that kicks off at 7:30p this Friday. Both teams are coming off a bye week and should be ready to get after it. Cedar Hill might be without starting quarterback and Notre Dame commit, Avery Davis. Starting at QB for Cedar Hill will be Garret McGuire, who is proving to be one of the future stars at the position. Cedar Hill will have their hands full with a powerful Desoto offense led by TCU commit Shawn Robinson.
In Desoto’s last outing vs Midland High, Robinson led the offense to 479 total yards. Midland fought hard in this game, but the number 6th ranked team in the country escaped with a 49-43 victory.
Cedar Hill appears to be hitting their stride as well. The Longhorns downed Mesquite Horn to the tune of a 59-21 final score in their most recent game.
